Hardy Wronske - Manager

Beginning in shipyards in Seattle and Chile, Hardy’s career has always been in construction of complex mechanical systems giving priority to aesthetics, whether in ships or buildings. A Masters degree in Real Estate Development from USC leveraged his University of Michigan engineering degree in Naval Architecture into 16 years of real estate development in Los Angeles.

Dan Vera - Construction Supervisor

Building houses with Everelle since 2011, Dan has built a strong relationship with our subcontractors, skilled labor and city inspectors. A third generation contractor, Dan worked at his dad’s job sites from the time he could carry a 2x4, instilling an innate understanding of construction culture. This combined with his professionalism gained from an education at St John Bosco makes him highly respected on the jobsite. Dan promotes our work culture of safety and respect.

Michael Hayes - Project Coordinator

As Everelle’s liaison to the city, consultants, vendors, and contractors, Michael assists with all aspects of our projects. His enthusiasm to build projects with an elevated design started with an appreciation for the built environment instilled when working on his dad’s custom home construction sites as a child. He started his career in the design industry in New York after graduating from Fordham University and brings experience from RAC Design Build and the Jerde Partnership to our office.
